وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا تَلَقَّوُا الرُّكْبَانَ لِلْبَيْعِ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ، فَمَنِ ابْتَاعَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْلُبَهَا، فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا رَدَّهَا وَيَرُدُّ مَعَهَا صَاعَ تَمْرٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ Do not go out to meet the caravans for trade, do not bid against each other to raise the price, none of you should sell over the sale of another, and do not leave the camels and sheep unmilked. Whoever buys them after that has the choice of the two options after milking them: if he is pleased with them, he keeps them, and if he is displeased, he returns them along with a sa' of dates.
