حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الْعَتَكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَلْمَانَ الْأَغَرِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي سَلْمَانُ الْأَغَرُّ
أَرَدْتُ الْكَرِيَّ إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، فَرَأَيْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ: الْزَمْ مَسْجِدَكَ هَذَا، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ، إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ، وَمَا بَيْنَ بَيْتِي وَمِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ
Translation

✧ I wanted to hire a donkey to Jerusalem, and I saw Abu Hurayra, and he said: Stay close to this mosque of yours, for I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers elsewhere except the Sacred Mosque, and what is between my house and my pulpit is one of the gardens of Paradise.
