حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّقِّيُّ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُغِيرَةِ أَوْ زِيَادِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

قَاتِلُوا النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوهَا فَقَدْ حَقَنُوا دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ
