حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ
أَنَّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ شَغَلُوا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ صَلَوَاتٍ حَتَّى ذَهَبَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا فَأَذَّنَ، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ

✧ The polytheists distracted the Prophet ﷺ on the Day of the Trench from four prayers until as much of the night had passed as Allah willed. He said: Then he commanded Bilal, and he gave the call to prayer, then he made the iqamah and prayed Zhuhr, then he made the iqamah and prayed Asr, then he made the iqamah and prayed Maghrib, then he made the iqamah and prayed Isha.
