حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا طَيِّبُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَةَ، تَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، تَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ - أَوْ قَالَ: الْغَدَاةَ - فَقَعَدَ فِي مَقْعَدِهِ فَلَمْ يَلْغُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا، وَيَذْكُرُ اللهَ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ الضُّحَى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ خَرَجَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ كَيَوْمِ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ لَا ذَنْبَ لَهُ

Translation

✧ Whoever prays Fajr - or he said: the morning prayer - then sits in his place and does not engage in any idle talk of worldly matters, and remembers God until he prays four rak'ahs of Duha, he departs from his sins like the day his mother gave birth to him, with no sin upon him.
