✧ Safiyya learned that Hafsa had said to her: "Daughter of a Jew!" The Prophet ﷺ entered upon her while she was crying and said: "What makes you cry?" She said: "Hafsa said to me: 'I am the daughter of a Jew.'" The Prophet ﷺ said: "You are the daughter of a prophet, your uncle was a prophet, and you are married to a prophet. So what does she boast over you with?" Then he said: "Fear God, O Hafsa."
