حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ

كَانَ يَدُورُ عَلَى نِسَائِهِ فِي السَّاعَةِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، وَهُنَّ إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: فَهَلْ كَانَ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ أَنَّهُ أُعْطِيَ قُوَّةَ أَرْبَعِينَ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ He used to go around to his wives in a single hour of the night or day, and they were eleven. He said: I said to Anas b. Malik: "Was he able to do that?" He said: "We used to say that he was given the strength of forty."
