حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ، وَأَنْ لَا يُبَاعَ إِلَّا بِالدَّنَانِيرِ وَالدَّرَاهِمِ، إِلَّا الْعَرَايَا

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade muhaqalah, muzabanah, mukhabarah, and the sale of fruit until its ripeness appears, and that it not be sold except for dinars and dirhams, except for 'araya.
