حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَرْحُومٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ تَرَكَ اللِّبَاسَ وَهُوَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ تَوَاضُعًا لِلهِ، دَعَاهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلَائِقِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ مِنْ حُلَلِ الْإِيمَانِ يَلْبَسُ مِنْ أَيِّهَا شَاءَ

✧ Whoever gives up clothing while he is able to afford it out of humility to Allah, Allah will call him on the Day of Resurrection before all creatures and let him choose from the garments of faith, wearing whichever he wishes.
