Whoever Said That It (The Fatihah) Is From The 'Long' Surahs

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

أُوتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَبْعًا مِنَ الْمَثَانِي الطُّوَلِ وَأُوتِيَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ سِتًّا فَلَمَّا أَلْقَى الأَلْوَاحَ رُفِعَتْ ثِنْتَانِ وَبَقِيَ أَرْبَعٌ

Translation

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was given seven repeated long surahs, while Moses was given six, When he threw the tablets, two of them were withdrawn and four remained.
