✧ Whoever steals wine from the People of the Book

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَمَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ سَرَقَ خَمْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ قُطِعَ
Translation
✧ Whoever steals wine from the People of the Book is to have his hand cut off.
