عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سَبَّقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ، فَأَرْسَلَهَا مِنَ الْحَفْيَاءِ وَكَانَ أَمَدُهَا إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، وَسَابَقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ الَّتِي لَمْ تُضَمَّرْ، وَكَانَ أَمَدُهَا مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ ". قَالَ: وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ مِمَّنْ رَكِبَ الْخَيْلَ قَالَ: " كُنْتُ عَلَى فَرَسٍ قَالَ: فَمَرَّ بِجَدْرٍ فَطَفَّفَ بِي حَتَّى كَانَ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Ibn Ṭāwūs, from his father:
✧ The Prophet ﷺ held a horse race, and he sent the horses from al-Hafya', and their course was to Thaniyyat al-Wada'. He also raced horses that had not been trained, and their course was from the thaniyya to the mosque of Banu Zurayq.' He said: 'Abd Allah b. Umar was among those who rode horses. He said: 'I was on a horse,' he said, 'and it passed by a wall and it leaned with me until it was beside it.'
