✧ The banner of the Prophet ﷺ and its color

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ:
أَنَّ رَايَةَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَتْ مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، وَرَايَةَ الْأَنْصَارِ مَعَ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ وَكَانَ إِذَا اسْتَحَرَّ الْقِتَالُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِمَّا يَكُونُ تَحْتَ رَايَةِ الْأَنْصَارِ
Translation
✧ The banner of the Prophet ﷺ was with ʿAlī b. Abī Ṭālib, and the banner of the Anṣār was with Saʿd b. ʿUbādah. When the fighting intensified, the Prophet ﷺ would be under the banner of the Anṣār.
