عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:

إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَكَ سِلَاحٌ، إِلَّا سِلَاحُ الْعَدُوِّ، فَقَاتِلْ بِهِ، ثُمَّ رُدَّهُ إِلَى الْمَغَانِمِ

Translation

✧ If you have no weapon except the weapon of the enemy, then fight with it, and afterwards return it to the spoils of war.
