عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ نَجْدَةُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الْمَمْلُوكِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ: هَلْ يُعْطَوْنَ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ ؟ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهُمْ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ شَيْءٌ
Translation
✧ Najdah wrote to Ibn Abbas asking him about the slave and the woman: are they given anything from the khums? He said: "They have nothing from the khums."
