✧ Protection and the protection granted by a slave and a woman

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ، تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ، وَيَنْعَقِدُ بَذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ، لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ، وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ، وَأَدْنَاهُمْ عَلَى أَقْصَاهُمْ، وَالْمُتَسَرِّي عَلَى الْقَاعِدِ، وَالْقَوِيُّ عَلَى الضَّعِيفِ يَقُولُ: فِي الْغَنَائِمِ
Translation
✧ The Muslims are one hand against those besides them; their blood is equal, and the protection granted by the lowest of them is binding. A Muslim is not killed for a disbeliever, nor a person under covenant while in his covenant. The lowest of them is entitled to the same as the farthest, the one who goes out on expedition over the one who stays behind, and the strong over the weak. He says: regarding the spoils.
