✧ There is no nafl except from the khums, and no nafl in gold and silver

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ:
لَا نَفَلَ فِي أَوَّلِ شَيْءٍ يُصَابُ مِنَ الْمَغَانِمِ قَالَ: " مَعْلُومٌ ذَلِكَ، يُعْمَلُ بِهِ فِيمَا مَضَى حَتَّى الْيَوْمِ
Translation
✧ There is no nafl in the first thing taken from the spoils. He said: "That is known; it has been practiced in the past until today."
