عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ:
أَنَّ حَبِيبَ بْنَ مَسْلَمَةَ - وَكَانَ مَرِيضًا - كَانَ " يُنَفِّلُ السَّرَايَا حِينَ يَبْدَأُ الثُّلُثَ بَعَدَ الْخُمُسِ
Translation
✧ Habib b. Maslama — who was ill — used to give the raiding parties a third as bonus spoil after the fifth, when setting out.
