عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَغْزُونَ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا لَهُمْ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ؟ قَالَ لَهُمْ: " مَا صَالَحُوا عَلَيْهِ مَا قِيلَ لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَهُوَ لَهُمْ
Translation
✧ I asked him about the polytheists who raid with the Muslims: What do they get along with the Muslims? He said to them: "Whatever they agreed upon. If it was said to you such-and-such, then that is for them."
