عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ:
إِنْ أَدْرَبَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَفْرَاسٍ كَانَ لِكُلِّ فَرَسٍ سَهْمَانِ قُلْتُ: وَإِنْ قَاتَلَ عَلَيْهَا الْعَدُوَّ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ If a man brings several horses, each horse gets two shares. I said: Even if the enemy fought over them? He said: Yes.
