✧ Food taken in enemy territory

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
لَا يُؤْخَذُ الطَّعَامُ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ الْإِمَامِ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: " فَإِنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الْإِمَامُ فَأَخَذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَبَاعَهُ بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ وَرِقٍ فَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ
Translation
✧ Food is not to be taken in enemy territory except with the permission of the imam." Al-Zuhrī said: "If the imam permits him and he takes something from it and sells it for gold or silver, then the fifth is due on it."
