✧ The Fetus

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، أَوْ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ - شَكَّ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ - عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ أَشْعَرَ أَوْ لَمْ يُشْعِرْ
Translation
✧ The slaughter of the fetus is the slaughter of its mother, whether it has hair or not.
