✧ The Fetus

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ
نص إضافيفِي الْجَنِينِ: إِذَا خَرَجَ مَيِّتًا، وَقَدْ أَشْعَرَ، أَوْ وَبَّرَ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ
Translation
✧ Regarding the fetus: When it comes out dead, and it has hair or wool, its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother.
