عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ بَعِيرٍ ذُبِحَ بِعُودٍ ؟ فَقَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ مَارَ فِيهِ مَوْرًا فَكُلُوا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَارَ فِيهِ فَلَا تَأْكُلُوهُ
Translation
✧ I asked Ibn al-Musayyib about a camel slaughtered with a wooden stick, and he said: "If it pierced through it properly, then eat; and if it did not pierce through it, then do not eat it."
