عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَذْبَحُ الطَّيْرِ مِنْ قِبَلِ قَفَاهُ فَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا
Translation
✧ I asked al-Shaʿbī about a man who slaughters a bird from the back of its neck, and he did not see any harm in it.
