✧ The Slaughter of the Thief

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْهُذَلِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ: عَنْ عَبْدٍ سَرَقَ شَاةً أَوْ بَقَرَةً، فَذَبَحَهَا ؟ " فَلَمْ يَرَ بِذَبِيحَتِهِ بَأْسًا
Translation
✧ I asked Ibn al-Musayyib about a slave who stole a sheep or a cow and slaughtered it? He did not see any harm in his slaughter.
