عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَكْرَهُ ذَبِيحَةَ الْأَغْرَلِ وَيَقُولُ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ وَلَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاتُهُ "، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْهُ حَمَّادًا فَقَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِذَبِيحَتِهِ، وَتَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ، وَتُقْبَلُ صَلَاتُهُ
Translation
✧ Ibn Abbas disliked the slaughter of the uncircumcised and said: His testimony is not valid, nor is his prayer accepted. Mamar said: I asked Hammad about it, and he said: There is no harm in his slaughter, his testimony is valid, and his prayer is accepted.
