✧ The Game of the Trained Animal, and Whether Hunting Dogs Are Sent after Carrion

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،
فِي رَجُلٍ خَرَجَ يُرِيدُ الصَّيْدَ، فَتَقَلَّدَ قَوْسَهُ وَغَمْرَتَهُ، وَسَمَّى فَرَأَى صَيْدًا مُعَجَّلًا فَرَمَاهُ، وَنَسِيَ أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ قَالَ: " لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ
Translation
✧ About a man who went out seeking game, slung on his bow and his quiver, and mentioned God's name, then saw game unexpectedly and shot it, but forgot to mention God's name: he said, "There is no harm in eating it."
