✧ Game entering the Haram

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُدْخِلَ الْحَرَمَ الصَّيْدُ حَيًّا، فَلَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ، فَقِيلَ لِعَمْرٍو: إِنَّ عَطَاءً قَدْ نَزَلَ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ هَذَا فَقَالَ: " عَهْدِي بِهِ يَأْكُلُهُ " فَكَانَ عَمْرٌو لَا يَرَى بِأَكْلِهِ بَأْسًا
Translation
✧ If game is brought into the Haram alive, there is no harm in eating it. It was said to Amr: 'Ata has retracted this statement of his.' He said: 'My knowledge of him is that he eats it.' And Amr saw no harm in eating it.
