عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَنْ بَيْضِ الْحَمَامِ يُصِيبُهُ الْمُحْرِمُ ؟ فَقَالَ: " يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ حِينَ يُصِيبُهُ ثَمَنَهُ
Translation
✧ I asked about the eggs of pigeons that the muhrim kills, and he said: 'A ruling is made upon him at the time he kills it for its value.'
