عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ، وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَكَمَا فِي حَمَامِ مَكَّةَ شَاةً
Translation
✧ Umar and Ibn Abbas ruled that a sheep is due for the pigeons of Makkah.
