عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يَقْتُلُ الْقَمْلَةَ ؟ فَقَالَ: " أَيَقْتُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ عَنِ الْقَمْلَةِ ؟ " فَجَاءَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّهَا قَتَلَتْ قَمْلَةً وَهِيَ مُحْرِمَةٌ، فَمَا كَفَّارَتُهَا ؟ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " مَا نَعْلَمُ الْقَمْلَةَ مِنَ الصَّيْدِ " فَأَعَادَتْ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، فَأَعَادَتْ عَلَيْهِ الثَّالِثَةَ، فَقَالَ: " شَاةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ قَمْلَةٍ، وَنَظَرَ إِلَيَّ لِكَيْ أَشْهَدَ مَعَهُ "، فَقُلْتُ: " أَجَلْ شَاةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ قَمْلَةٍ
Translation
✧ Ibn Umar was asked about a muhrim killing a louse. He said, “Would one of you kill his Muslim brother, yet ask about a louse?” Then a woman came and said, “She killed a louse while in ihram. What is its expiation?” Ibn Umar said, “We do not consider the louse to be game.” She repeated, and he said the same. She repeated a third time, and he said, “A sheep is better than a louse,” and he looked at me so I could testify with him. I said, “Indeed, a sheep is better than a louse.”
