عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْعَمْدِ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْخَطَأِ شَيْءٌ، قَالَ: " وَاللهِ مَا قَالَ اللهُ إِلَّا ﴿وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا ﴾
Translation
✧ Judgment is passed against him in intentional cases, and nothing is upon him in accidental cases. He said: “By God, God did not say except: “And whoever among you kills it deliberately.”
