أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْلَمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ:
لَأَنْ أُضَحِّيَ بِشَاةٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ
Translation
✧ That I sacrifice a sheep is more beloved to me than that I give a hundred dirhams in charity.
