عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، " أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ
كَانَ يَحُجُّ فَلَا يُضَحِّي
Translation
✧ He used to perform Hajj and would not offer a sacrifice.
