عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
لَمْ يَكُنْ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ يَسْأَلُهُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ضَحِيَّةً إِلَّا ضَحَّى عَنْهُ، وَكَانَ لَا يُضَحِّي عَنْهُمْ بِمِنًى
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn ʿUmar, he said:
✧ No one of his family would ask him in Madinah for a sacrificial animal but that he would offer a sacrifice on his behalf; but he would not offer a sacrifice for them in Mina.
