عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنِ اشْتَرَطَ أَنْ يَعْتَكِفَ النَّهَارَ، وَأَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْبَيْتَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَذَلِكَ لَهُ
Translation

✧ If he stipulates to be in I'tikaf during the day and to go home at night, then that is for him.
