Translation
✧ I said to Ata: 'What do you think if a man vows a stay in his own mind, intending then when he vows that he will not fast, and that he will sell, buy, go to the markets, visit the sick, follow funerals, and that if it rains he will shelter in the house, and come to relieve himself in his own house, and that he will be in the mosque intermittently?' He said: 'That is according to his intention, as long as it is [such].'
