عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَهِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَا:
إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْعَبْدَ سَيِّدُهُ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا
Translation
✧ If a master gives his slave in marriage, he does not have the right to separate them.
