✧ The man who comes for the night prayer and has not prayed the Isha

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَهُ أَبُوهُ هَمَّامٌ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ وَهْبًا يُصَلِّي وَحْدَهُ، وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ يَدْخُلُونَ الْمَسْجِدَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَقَدْ صَلَّوُا الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ، وَهُمْ قِيَامٌ فِي التَّطَوُّعِ، هَلْ يُصَلُّونَ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يَؤُمُّهُمْ أَحَدُهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، يُصَلُّونَ فُرَادَى
Translation
✧ I heard Wahb praying alone, and I asked him about people entering the mosque in the month of Ramadan after having prayed the last Isha, while they are standing in voluntary prayer—should they pray behind the imam in the mosque, led by one of them? He said: 'No, they pray individually.'
