عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
عُمَرُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ قَنَتَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فِي النِّصْفِ الْآخِرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ بَيْنَ الرَّكْعَةِ وَالسَّجْدَةِ
Translation

✧ Umar was the first to perform qunut in Ramadan in the latter half of Ramadan, between the rak'ah and the prostration.
