✧ The sick person in Ramadan and his making up the fast

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ، وَعَلَيْهِ صِيَامُ رَمَضَانَ آخَرَ أُطْعِمَ عَنْهُ عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ نِصْفُ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ
Translation
✧ When a man dies owing the fast of another Ramadan, half a ṣāʿ of wheat should be fed for each day on his behalf.
