✧ The pregnant and breastfeeding woman

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ وَلِيدَةً لَهُ حُبْلَى أَنْ تُفْطِرَ لَهُ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَقَالَ: أَنْتِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْكَبِيرِ لَا يُطِيقُ الصِّيَامَ، فَأَفْطِرِي، وَأَطْعِمِي عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ
Translation
✧ He used to command a pregnant slave girl of his to break the fast in the month of Ramadan, and he said: 'You are in the same position as an elderly person who is not able to fast, so break the fast and feed half a sa' of wheat for each day.'
