عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنِ احْتَجَمَ نَاسِيًا، أَوْ جَاهِلًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قَضَاءٌ
