✧ Cupping for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ " يَحْتَجِمُ، وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ تَرَكَهُ بَعْدُ فَكَانَ يَصْنَعُ الْمَحَاجِمَ، فَإِذَا غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَشْرُطَ "، قَالَ: فَلَا أَدْرِي أَكَرِهَهُ أَمْ شَيْءٌ بَلَغَهُ
Translation
✧ Ibn Umar used to have cupping done while fasting, then he abandoned it. He would prepare the cups, and when the sun set, he would order him to make the incisions. He said, "I do not know whether he disliked it or whether something reached him."
