عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
يُفْطِرُ الَّذِي يَحْتَقِنُ بِالْخَمْرِ، وَلَا يُضْرَبُ الْحَدَّ
Translation

✧ The one who has an enema with wine breaks his fast, but the legal punishment is not inflicted on him.
