✧ Intimate contact for the fasting person

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّهُ يُنْقِصُ مِنْ صَوْمِهِ الَّذِي يَلْمَسُ أَوْ يُجَرِّدُ، وَلَكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ بِيَدِهَا، وَبِأَدْنَى جَسَدِهَا، وَتَتَرُكَ أَقْصَاهُ
Translation
✧ That it reduces from the fast of the one who touches or undresses, but you may take her hand and the nearest part of her body, and leave the farthest part.
