✧ Kissing for the fasting person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ،
أَنَّ عَاتِكَةَ بِنْتَ زَيْدٍ قَبَّلَتْ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلَمْ يَنْهَهَا قَالَ: وَأَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ
Translation
✧ Atikah bt. Zayd kissed Umar b. al-Khattab while he was fasting, and he did not forbid her. He [the narrator] said: I think he said: while he intended to go out to prayer.
