✧ When is the child commanded to fast?

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ:
يُضْرَبُ عَلَيْهَا لِعَشْرِ سِنِينَ، وَيُؤْمَرُ بِهَا لِسَبْعِ سِنِينَ
Translation
✧ He is beaten for it at ten years, and commanded to do it at seven years.
