عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ:
كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لَا يُتَعَنَّى بِسَقْيِهِ فَفِيهِ الْعُشْرُ، وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ يُتَعَنَّى بِسَقْيِهِ بِالدَّلْوِ فَفِيهِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ
Translation

✧ Everything that entails no toil in watering it: on it one-tenth; and everything that entails toil in watering it with a bucket: on it half of one-tenth.
